At Curiovas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
